One of my favs. I add cornstarch to the sauce as well to thicken it up a bit.

It turned out amazing, I added fresh garlic and instead of white vinegar I used wine vinegar, I also added mango chutney at the end over my chicken and rice . This recipe no doubt will meet your sweet and soury needs.’

It wasn’t too bad a bit too sour for me, but my son loved it.
Nicole S. 15 Jul
Loved it It’s a little time consuming but we eat this about once a month. The only adjustment I make is that I use Mrs. Dash garlic and herb and I always make a triple batch of sauce!
David Caster 15 Jul
Better than take out. The prep takes longer than expected, and doubling the sauce is advised.

This was by far the best recipe I've found so far for sweet and sour chicken. It was quick and easy to make. The chicken was very crispy and the sauce was perfect and simple. I will be making this again.

It is truly delicious. Take more time and effort to prepare than originally planned but it is worth it. I will suggest adding veggies to it, the sauce is really flavorsome and can do with a bit of a tone down. Definately a recipe that I'll make again and again. Oh, add some gushed ginger, its amazing
