I usually don't bake my wings but I followed this recipe and was left unimpressed. The meat tasted flavorless. I had to drown them in sauce to cover up the blandness. I added an asian pear and additional honey to the sauce which gave it a really nice taste. The sauce was great, the meat was subpar.
