Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sauce (worchestershire)
  • 4 tablespoons apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 chicken legs (drumstick and thigh together)

Directions

  1. In a non-metal dish, whisk together the worchestershire sauce, apple juice, Dijon mustard, and honey.
  2. Add the chicken and move it around until fully coated. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lay the chicken legs skin side down on the tray and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken and bake another 10 minutes until the skin has crisped up. When piercing between the leg and thigh, only clear liquid should run. If it is reddish colored, cook a little while longer.
