The chicken wasn’t gluten-free. Instead I breaded the chicken strips in Pamela’s gluten-free baking and pancake mix after an egg wash. I fried it in canola oil. I coated the chicken in the sweet and spicy mix and baked for about 15 min. I served it over a bed of jasmine rice with a side of every day zucchini.
Everyone loved it. We dipped it in ranch dressing, and it tasted like something you'd get at Buffalo Wild Wings!

It was great for a one time meal. If you eat it again the next day it makes you feel sick.

I really liked it it was easy to make and tasted great. I replaced the hot sauce with a little chili powder and Sriracha sauce.
