Pretty tasty. A little more tangy than sweet. I served it over rice with a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Too much lemon juice. Sauce was very sour. Won’t be making it again.

I would definitrly make it again. This was my first-time cooking tofu, so I am sure it will improve with practice.

I'm not gonna say the recipe was bad because it could have been my cooking ability. I wise it was more descriptive on what the fried tofu should look like. But otherwise it was good!

It was so good!! the ratio of soy sauce to everything else was a bit off though

Super good. A little too lemony for me. Making it with rice was definitely a perfect neutralizer.

I made it last night for my husband. I added garlic, onions, bell peppers and jalapeños, and served it over Jasmine rice. It was my first time cooking Tofu and it was a giant success. It was delicious! I will definitely make this again.

We really enjoyed this. I used rice vinegar instead of lemon juice and brown sugar instead of honey. I doubled the sauce amount (but less than double the vinegar) so we could serve it on rice. I also used a mix of ginger and garlic. The heat has to be fairly high to brown the tofu. The flour gives it a nicer consistency. I also made our chunks smaller than 1 inch. The sauce thickens very quickly so keep an eye on it. My non tofu eating family loved it - I'll be making it again!

It was very tasty. I like pressing my tofu for a bit longer so I did that. Nice but not very spicy. Good

Really amazing recipe. I served it with brown rice, peppers, and some other veggies. The sauce is enough for the tofu but nothing else, so make extra if you want to cover more than that.

Very quick and easy but I found the sauce to be a bit heavy on the ginger flavor. I would recommend cutting down on the ginger by about half.

I cooked up more tofu than we needed thinking my vegetarian son could reheat and eat the rest later in the week. He ended up gobbling it all up in one sitting with some help from Dad... Think that means they liked it 😂

So delicious! I added a small container of white mushrooms to mine and it was so good! Next time I may add even more veggies to it
