- HEAT panini press or large skillet over medium heat. Spread fruit spread evenly on one side of 2 bread slices. Layer each with 1 slice cheese, ham, red onion rings and remaining cheese. Spread mustard on remaining bread slices. Place on top of cheese, mustard side down, to make a sandwich.
- BRUSH tops of sandwiches generously with olive oil. Turn and brush bottoms with remaining olive oil. Place sandwiches in panini press or skillet. Cook about 6 to 8 minutes or until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut in half diagonally.
