Description
Partly sweet, partly spicy, these oven-baked chicken wings are tossed in a glaze of maple syrup, brown sugar, and Sriracha sauce that makes them simply addicting. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- 2 lb. chicken wings
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha-style hot sauce (more or less to taste)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Cover the rack with another sheet of foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Use a knife to poke holes all over the foil.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

This wasn't bad. I made it as a simple lunch for my kids. 1 really liked it, 2 said it was cooked too long and my 3rd wouldn't try it.
If I make it again, definitely taking it out at 40 minutes instead of the recommended 50.

Tuned out good ... mines got burnt :/ I would recommend watching them at all times while cooking

tasy and easy. I added more maple syrup because I wanted the sauce sweeter. very easy to make and inalready had the ingredients.

Turned out pretty tasty!
Ended up using butter flavored syrup (no maple sadly) and still was perfect balance between sweet and spicy.
As per a previous comment, I used slightly less brown sugar - approximately 10 grams less.
Overall, I'm happy with this recipe and will be cooking it again!

it was great i just wish that it was a little bit sweeter. Other than that it was great
