Wow....this was a winner with my husband. I love pork steak, him not so much. We always have grilled, but fortunately for us it was raining so i went on Yummly! to find a recipe. The only thing I added was some acid and freshness with squeezed lemon and chopped fresh italian parsley after out of oven as a finishing touch. Thank you its a keeper. Yum!!

I added red bell pepper, and it turned out well.

I was worried I had burned the brown sugar but it turned out perfect. There aren’t many things all three of my kids will eat but this is one. Cooked up quick, about 30 minutes.

This is SO GOOD and perfect! I like it so much that I've invited my father (the best chef I know) over for dinner to try it!

Amazing recipe, had too much grease from the pork. I would definitely make it again for my family. It has become one of our go tos for dinner.
