  • 1/4 cup whey powder (naturally sweetened vanilla, or soy protein if you need dairy free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/4 cup Quinoa Flour
  • 1/2 cup flour (amaranth)
  • 1/3 cup rice bran (Natural Traditions Brown, and Germ Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons psyllium husk (powder)
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons seeds (kaniwa, teff, or amaranth)
  • 1 grated carrot (large, finely)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (soaked in hot water and drained, reserve ¼ cup soaking water)
