Was quite nice but felt like it was missing something.. then realised I forgot to finish it with the spinach so next time I make it will probably be perfect.
Really good but needs something added for a little more flavor
It was yummly!... I added a little coconut milk and was a little heavier with the spices.

Really good. Definitely needed sour cream or coconut cream.
Good, also added sour cream and 2 spoonfuls of hummous.

Came out great! I added a 1/2 cup of coconut milk because I like a bit of the creaminess just after it simmering for 20 minutes, great flavors and texture. I also substituted with sprouted chickpeas.

I didn’t have all the ingredients so I swapped them out for other similar things and it was still so good!

My wife and kids loved this recipe. My youngest daughter hates quinoa but she loved it tonight!! Definitely one of the best meals I have ever eaten.

This recipe was fantastic! I actually made it with couscous instead of quinoa, but the stew was amazing! I think I might add a bit more red pepper, but wow, there is definitely going to be a next time for this recipe!
