  • 5 pounds sweet potatoes (peeled, cut in halves, If your using russet potatoes see my tip below)
  • 3 sweet onion (medium)
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup sweet rice flour (or regular rice flour)
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • seeds (Grape, or Coconut Oil for frying)
