    I think any faults in the recipe were what I did wrong. I let the potatoes cool a bit too long, so they felt more starchy, and I had to add liquid, or thought I did. But, then I had to add a bit more flour. It was my first time making gnocchi, so I don't think I did too badly. But, as I said, I think any faults were my own. Give it a try. Even if you "goof up" like I did, it still comes out very good.
