Amazing! The sweet potato adds a better flavor than other recipes. It does add extra moisture, so I added extra chickpea flour than recomended.

I have yet to find a homemade veggie burger that I actually liked, and this one absolutely knocked it out of the park! Good flavor and did not turn out mushy!

I used the recipe to make regular falafel instead and it was very good!

Very tasty but more like formed mashed potatoes. I will try again. I did refrigerate first but still very soft. Maple tahini was delicious, will definitely make that again!!

This is my favorite falafel patty, baked sweet potato adds a wonderful soft texture. @chase r. I replaced panko with cornstarch, I think in general it helps with the bonding.

I could not get the burgers to stay together. Maybe someone has some tips on this but they just fall apart when I make them. I tried adding egg the second time I made them and it helped a bit, but they still fell apart.
