I substituted a green curry mix and had to use garlic powder to taste in a pinch. I omitted other forms of spice and used paprika instead (feeding 2 under 5). Roasted chick peas are a regular snack around here and these were a hit. I also topped with homemade bacon bits. A variety of hot sauces were offered for those craving more heat. It was great!
