I maserated plums and peaches in sugar. Then i put that on the bottom and put the Cornbread on top. Baked it for 45min at 375. Turned it into a Cobbler, it was fantastic.

Well, i really thought i had corn meal in my pantry when i started this recipe, but i didn't, so i put in almond meal instead. I really thought i had enough milk, but i only had ½ cup left, so i filled up to the cup level with wheeping cream... Then I added a drop of vanilla and i used butter instead of veggetable oil... and it tastes delicious!!!
