- Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and pineapple juice. Place in plastic bag with pork chops. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat broiler. Place oven rack in highest position. Remove pork chops from marinade and place on baking pan. Broil pork chops for 4 minutes. Turn chops over and place one pineapple ring on top of each. Broil 4 more minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
