- 1/2 cup hemp seed (hearts)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (whole)
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (or milled, OR chia seeds, to make an egg-substitute*)
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower Flour (or sunflower seeds)
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (or fine sea salt)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 3/4 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
