My family LOVED it. My mom is trying to figure out when I can make it again.

It was really good! I switched it up a bit, and took the cheese cloth off halfway through so the skin could be crispy, and I put some of the butter under the skin for extra flavor. Great recipe though !

This is the best turkey ever!!! So moist and flavorful. I wouldn't even think about doing my turkey differently. If I could I would give it 10 stars. This is a must try.

Sorry, but this recipe was awful. It was a mess to make and the result was not that good, especially considering the calorie count! Although I am a wine lover, I did not like the taste of the wine in this recipe. Basting the bird was a royal pain. I'll opt for the baking bag and the lack of a big mess!

My review is a bit late but that recipe is great. My household is not a big fan of turkey because we all view it as a dry meat. But this recipe changes our minds we will be using it again. Thanks

Vary good Hi, I think 350 might be too hot unless you have a small turkey, I messed with times along time ago, and found 300 best. I worry it might burn the cheesecloth unless its a small bird. That long slow cook really makes a difference to a juicy bird. If you do it you'll need to keep a close eye on it. Its probably around 10-13min unstuffed per pound, and best with a small bird. Thanks, Serena

Sorry for the late review , but I just want to make sure I put in this review. This was my first time making the Thanksgiving dinner. My mom usually makes it but she was gone on a trip. I was very nervous and scare that it wouldn't come out good. My family loved it and yes it's juicy with great flavor. I highly recommend this recipe. Thank you for this great recipe I will use it for next year.

Best turkey I've ever had! The stock makes the best gravy too. I did modify it a little. I didn't have fresh sage and used oregano instead.

The turkey was amazing. It had a good flavor and was very moist. I like the fact that the ingredients where minimal and easy to work with😄
