- 1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 8 slices country style italian bread (1/2-inch thick)
- 4 ounces smoked mozzarella cheese (thinly sliced)
- 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves (small)
- 8 slices bacon (crisp-cooked)
- 1/4 cup wish-bone ranch dressing
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with Dressing in small bowl; set aside.
- Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches, 2 at a time and carefully turning once, 6 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
- Evenly spread 4 bread slices with mayonnaise mixture, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and remaining bread slice. Evenly spread outside of sandwiches with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
