I really enjoyed this dish. I t was very quick and easy to make. I did change it up a little by adding sliced onions, and I used white & red cabbage as well as shredded cabbage. I didn't have any of the wine so I used rice wine vinegar.

Easy and delicious! Would make it again, great as a breakfasts in the morning if you add a poached egg and some cheese!
