Good. Easy to make. A bit more sugar in the curd (just to taste) and longer in the oven (12 min covered with foil but it was a big hit! And indeed easy to make.

These are great lemon bars. It's not like most lemon bars I've had. It's half shortbread, half lemon bar. Very tasty!

They were alright but I’ll definitely be trying a different recipe next time. The custard layer was too thin and the crust was too floury

I made this yesterday for a girls night and it was a hit. My girls loved them. The only change I made was I cut down on the sugar instead of 1 1/2 cup I did 1 1/4 cup it was perfect and wasn't sweet. It was just right. I'll be definitely making these again

Awesome! We make these like once every other week! Quick to make, there's a tricky balance between making them big enough so kids only take one or two instead of smaller, then they take like 3 or 4 :-D
