This was good, but not my favorite. Turned out a bit dry; I may have cooked them too long, but they were still gooey after the first 15 minutes. The color was good and the toothpick was clean after an additional 5 minutes, so I think the recipe is just a bit drier than I’m used to.

Wow, these were super good and easy. I, unfortunately, ran out of eggs and just left those out and these still turned out really good. I had alot of bananas left so I made three different versions that all turned out well. First set was the original recipe. Second set was the original plus added small pieces of pecans and toasted some on top as well. Third set was adding more brown sugar than granulated because I ran out, and adding sugar&cinnamon mixture on top, similar to a struesel.I would definitely recommending adding a tiny more oil because this batter is pretty thick without the eggs.

These were absolutely amazing banana bread muffins!! I used coconut oil and 3-1/2 super ripe bananas. I also reduced the white sugar by 1/2. They were perfect!!

Very nice! skipped all the sugar and used honey instead, didn't change the end result - they're great!

Amazing!
My alterations were :-went with quite less white sugar because i put a tablespoon of honey (put 50g instead of 100g)
-more cinnamon
!!! They turned out great, they were spongy and moist even after 2 days sitting on the counter. I think they would work with a handful of almonds in them also :)

These are good, but not much different from the banana bread recipe in the Better homes and garden cookbook

These muffins were so delicious and the consistency was perfect. I love bananas, but unfortunately bananas do not love me. This is a great way for me to still enjoy them. This recipe will be a definite keeper for me - I can’t wait to make them again.
