came out great. really simple and successful recipe. Me in particular, I dont like the flavor of chipotle peppers, so I may substitute something else next time. that's just my personal taste preference though. All in all, a great meal with little to no work involved

Very tasty! And it has just the right amount of heat. Tons of flavor. I used the juices from the rotel tomatoes and chili, as well as the juices from the canned tomatoes. Rice and beans on the side and you're golden. My wife, daughter, mom, and niece cleaned their plates. I will definitely make this again.
