    Mine turned out to be too soft. I would add breadcrumbs to it next time.

    This was really tasteful. Added a bit of salt to meat. Accompanied with veggies and rice.

    These were great! I doubled the recipe, used beef, more than quadrupled the feta and sun-dried tomatoes and used regular flour. They could use salt and pepper.

    I made these as mini meatballs for a party and they were a HUGE hit! Because I had never made the recipe before, I followed it exactly. But I baked them instead of frying. They took about 25 minutes in 375 degree oven. Delicious!
