Summer Popsicles: Strawberry & Almond Milk and Blueberry Yogurt Greek & Lavender

Popsicles are the perfect summertime treat on a hot afternoon. No need to stop by your local grocery store, these homemade gluten free popsicles are full of fun flavor and do not have all the added sugar of your usual grocery store variety. The first popsicle flavor is dairy free and is made by combining almond milk, strawberries, and honey in a blender. The second flavor is made by combining fresh or frozen blueberries, greek yogurt, honey, and a touch of lavender in a blender. Pour the mixtures into popsicle molds, freeze for at least 4 hours, and prepare your tastebuds for nutritious and delicious popsicles!
Ingredients
- strawberry
- almond
- 1 pt. strawberries
- 4 cups almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- lavender
- greek yogurt
- 1 pt. blueberries
- 250 grams greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. lavender (edible)
Directions
- Strawberry and Almond Popsicle Preparation:
- Mix strawberries, almond milk, and honey in blender. Pour mixture in popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
