Made it for the first time today and it was delicious! We had leftover that we ate for lunch the next day and while that tasted good, the smell of vinegar, sitting in the salad for a day, can be overpowering. Suggest adding vinegar and olive oil right before you are ready to eat.

Very good recipe! I also added a jalapeño. The dressing is just the right amount and very delicious! However I feel like this makes a lot more than 6 servings (hahaha) I’m up to my eye balls in salad! Would be perfect for a family get together! Be sure to get a large enough bowl!!
