Directions

  1. 1. Combine the sumac, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. In a separate bowl, mix 2/3 of the spice mixture with the olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Slather the chicken breasts with the mixture using a pastry brush. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
