    Honest to God, the best thing I have ever made. Fantastic.
    We cooked the steak Medium on the grill it was lovely. The steak marinated for about 10 hours. We used the recipe measurements more as guidelines. Will definitely make again.

    it was good but I had to add more of the seasoning and some smoked paprika. If you want a real kick I'd double the red pepper flakes amount and if you want more sweetness I added some honey in the marinade which gave it a nice crust.

    I couldn't find flank steak so I used skirt steak which google said was a close "relative." I let the steak marinade for about 45 minutes. The flavoring came out very bland. It was a watered down sweet taste with no kick.
