    This is delicious, but the advice to do this in a blender is absurd. You are SO much better hand chopping and using a mincer. Trying to blend the meat will result in meat paste at the bottom, most of the meat never even getting near the blade, and fat wrapped around the blender blade which will take you forever to clean out.
