Fantastic! I've made it at least ten times, always with either veal or sweet Italian sausage (while the veal is delicious, the sausage has more flavor). The whole process takes longer than I anticipated so you may want to consider planning for that. I am in love with brown rice but you want to make sure it's done right. Beautiful, added a small red chilli to the onion and garlic Will make this again Had a little chicken and rice left over, added an egg and fried in a small fry pan, yum
