Ingredients
- 4 zucchinis
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cheese (for melting, your preferred choice)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (finely chopped)
- Prego® Roasted Garlic & Herb Italian Sauce
Directions
- Rinse the zucchini.
- Cut the edges and then cut in half length-wise.
- With a spoon, remove the seeds from the zucchini.
