- 2 New York pork chops (boneless, top loin, 1 1/2 thick)
- 1 cup stuffing mix (for pork, prepared according to package directions)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 granny smith apples (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cut slits into the pork chops almost like you were slicing it in half, but not cutting all the way through. Stuff each pork chop with 1/2 cup of the stuffing.
