    Oh, yes! This is the recipe for you when you have all of the pantry favs and forgot the meat . Oops, but not oops . I wanted to roast the peppers but then I got impatient so they were half roasted and this recipe is spot on with the ingredients and the timing, Well done. Plus, I am not an amateur when it comes to cooking peppers but if you are a newbie, this recipe was definitely impressive if you are experimenting with stuffed peppers and not being a fan of spicy . This would be an amazing recipe for a first at home date. You almost certainly impress your gentlemen, even without the meat . He will most certainly be impressed
