It turned out perfect. Very simple but full of flavor. My family loves it. We’ll be doing this again as my eight year old had to eat a second helping. Anytime they want seconds, it’s a keeper.

simple and delicous! I did add a little more spices. Italian seasoning, black pepper and garlic powder. Next time i wany to try adding cheese in the middle and top!

Turned out very well; although I chose to use what I had one hand. This was tomatoes with chopped green chilies, a can of tomato soup, sharp grated cheddar cheese & a small amount of Parmesan. I also doubled the amount of fresh parsley. A friend I sent it to even called and said it was the best stuffed peppers he had ever eaten.

I made a few alterations to the seasonings (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, minced garlic) and used yellow rice instead of white for more flavor. Came out great, definitely will be a repeat in my house!

This was my attempt at liking peppers. The filling was really tasty and the recipe was easy to follow. Still not the biggest fan of peppers, but I'm still trying to get them into my system because they're so healthy. I'd recommend for pepper lovers or those not so inclined, like myself.

I remember hating stuffed peppers as a kid but i really liked this. I used ground turkey and added some Lawry's seasoning. The ingredient list called for onion and garlic but then never said when to add the onion. i cooked the onion with the meat and skipped the garlic but i wish i switched it. Next time...

I modified it a bit...I threw a small can of diced tomatoes in there with the tomato sauce. I also used all of the green pepper and sauteed it with the beef and onion. I seasoned the meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. It turned out amazing. My fiance said it tasted just like his mother's.
