Delicious! I used green bell peppers, brown rice and added corn. Served with fresh guac and pico!

Great! I tweaked it a bit using salsa instead of tomato sauce and no celery. Also used brown rice.

Really tasty! I got creative with the ingredients a bit, and I also fried up some sausage to add for those of us who eat meat which was a great addition. :)
