- 1 packet cous cous (I've used the Ainsley Harriott Spice Sensation cous cous)
- 1 packet goats cheese (Capricorn)
- 1 handful pine nuts
- 100 grams cheddar (strong, grated)
- 1 vegetable stock (lt of)
- 4 Tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- 1 regular cucumber (quarter, diced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
