    Great! I made some adjustments, added a tsp of tomato paste mixed with olive oil to the top of the peppers 15 min before they were done, topped with melted butter mixed with brown sugar. 4 min before they were done, i sprinkled with the 3 mix cheddar (cheese was added after i took this pic) 🍽🤤

    This was delicious! We cut the rice, salsa, and black beans in half and it was perfect. Will definitely make again.

    this is a great recipe. I did substitute riced cauliflower for the rice. I also cut back on the amount of salsa because it makes it very watery.

    Really really tasty and very easy to make, I added mushrooms to mine, otherwise used same recipe great will definitely cook again
