  • 3 potatoes (medium)
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 cup salami (chopped)
  • 2 cups cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • cheese slices (extra, cheese)

    Directions

    1. Cover the potatoes in aluminum foil and bake them in an oven or grill for 30 to 40 minutes or until soft.
    2. Let the potato cool. Remove the top layer lengthwise and scoop out a small amount of the inside of the potato with a spoon.
    3. Place the potato that has been scooped out into a bowl. Mash the potato with onions, salami, grated cheese, and butter. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
    4. Fill the potatoes with this mixture and place the slices of cheese onto the potato.
    5. Put the potatoes on a baking tray and place the tray in the oven for up to 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
