I think the oven temperature needed to be higher cos the peppers didn’t have any browning. I think it would be better with some more spices and herbs added. Flavour was quite bland. But I will tweak and try again

i used ground Turkey, added cayenne pepper to spice it up also used pepper jack cheese as well as sharp cheddar cheese. it was delicious, will definitely make this again
It was a really good recipe with easy instructions. Everyone enjoyed them.

These were great. I will definitely be making them again. I used 1 lb meat for 4 peppers and it worked out perfect.

First time I have ever made Stuffed Bell Peppers. These were a hit. My wife is my biggest critic and she absolutely loved them. So easy to make, definitely a keeper!
