We call is mexican corn when its on the cob but this recipe is just as good if not better.

Great but I made it with Mayo which already contained lime so added about 2 limes for that fresh taste.

Delicious!! mostly ingredients I already had, very easy to make and the flavors came together beautifully. This was my first time having queso fresco and I liked it a lot.
