- 5 ounces strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 1 mango (large ripe, pitted and peeled)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3/4 cup low-fat greek yogurt
- 1 ounce ground almonds
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds scraped)
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide between 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
- Tip: You can use peaches instead of mango or vanilla extract instead of a pod. Add extra flavour with kiwi.
