    I loved this as it was easy to make and very filling. I actually made it with couscous instead of quinoa because I couldn't find any regular quinoa so I can't say what the flavors would be like if quinoa was used. If you wanted I think regular peanut butter and milk could be used instead of almond butter and coconut milk.
