Good.... a bit bland.... a bit more sugar in the batter would have been good. I coated the strawberries in sugar and then in flour. Otherwise good, not too sweet and great for breakfast with coffee.

I was a little skeptical when I realized there was no sugar in the batter, but they turned out very well. My husband and his friend were the guinea pigs, and they gave them a thumbs up. I usually like things on the sweet side, but I thought they were fine. I'll make them again. Also, it is a good way to use a few leftover strawberries.

Not a fan, I even added a little sugar in the mix also. Too bland, possibly added some of that sugar to the strawberries prior adding to the biscuit; might help? I placed whipping cream on the side to help with the blandness.

As I was making the recipe I noticed it tasted like biscuits even with the small amounts of other ingredients, so I basically changed the whole recipe. Added way more cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, eggs, & sugar into the mix. I also added golden Oreos to the bottom of the cupcake wrapper before adding the mix & it was amazingggg, but that was after I fixed it. In its original state I give it 2 stars.

They are really good, moist, not too sweet. I gluten free flour so my grandson can enjoy them. Very easy to make.

I made this recipe tonight in two seperate batches. First batch as is which came out very sticky and cupcake liners stuck to bottom of pan and not very sweet so tasted pretty good but not presentable to take to coworkers and I wanted them a little more sweet since to me they tasted like strawberry pancake mix instead of muffins so the second batch I doubled the recipe and mixed in 2/3 cups sugar and sprayed non stick spray to pan and still used cupcake liners. They came out perfect. Now I give it a rating of a 5

I'm sorry - I don't normally reply when I'm not happy with a recipe, but this one was very disappointing. I followed the recipe to the letter, baked them according to instructions, and when they were ready (according to toothpick test) I left them in for another 5 min - and still the bottom was yucky - a horrible mess of half cooked, half raw strawberries and cheese gunk I wouldn't re-try this recipe again, horrible waste of delicious strawberries and cream cheese! (and yes, I DO know how to bake and am very proficient)
