Each one of these flavorful popsicles have a mere 20 calories, so you don’t have to worry about overindulging. And the kids will love them. The recipe calls for 1 cup strawberries, ½ teaspoon stevia, and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon stevia
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor along with the stevia and blend them to make a purée.
  2. Add the balsamic vinegar, stir and pour into your favorite popsicle molds.
  3. Place the popsicle molds in the freezer for 4 hours.

These are very different popsicles. I like the tang that the balsamic vinegar adds to them. I added a little unflavored gelatin to the mixture. It helps them hold their shape better when you go to eat them.
