Description

Made with just two ingredients — yogurt and strawberries — these easy, healthy Popsicles. The most time consuming part is freezing the molds for 24 hours in advance. Then, simply puree the fruit and yogurt in a blender, fill the molds and freeze them until firm.

  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 plain yogurt (Whole white sugary)

    Directions

    1. Cut a couple of strawberries into slices and with the appropriate decorator make some hearts. Using the special applicator, place them on the inner edge of the ice-lolly previously kept in the freezer for 24 hours.
    2. Blend the remaining strawberries and add them to the yogurt.
    3. Place the sticks in the ice-bucket, fill it with the mixture and let it solidify for at least 10 minutes.
    4. With the special knob, free the sticks from the molds.
    5. If you want you can keep the pops in the freezer in the special container or wrapped in film.
