- 8 black olives (dried, pitted)
- 80 grams gorgonzola cheese (diced, or any other blue cheese)
- 4 Tbsp. sliced almonds (toasted)
- 6 wild garlic (edible flowers, and/or pansies)
- 3 Tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- cream (a drizzle of balsamic, reduction)
