Strawberry JellyHoje para Jantar
Don't buy strawberry jelly when you can so easily make it, and especially after a day at the U pick farm (or trip to the supermarket, where the berries were on a serious sale. This one is even easier since it relies on packaged strawberry flavored gelatin mix to thicken and to provide even more fruity flavor. All you have to do is puree the fresh (or even frozen) berries, then mix with the gelatin powder and hot water. Chill and serve.
- 700 milliliters water
- 300 grams strawberries
- 1 package strawberry gelatin
- 1Boil the water in a kettle.
- 2Puree the strawberries in a food processor. Add two packets of gelatin and mix. Carefully add the hot water and mix well.
- 3Put the gelatin in the fridge to solidify.
