Made with just two ingredients — yogurt and strawberries — these easy, healthy Popsicles. The most time consuming part is freezing the molds for 24 hours in advance. Then, simply puree the fruit and yogurt in a blender, fill the molds and freeze them until firm.

Ingredients

  • 10 strawberries
  • 12 plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Cut a few strawberries into slices. Place the slices on the internal part of the ice pop mold which should be kept in the freezer for at least 24 hours prior.
  2. Place the remaining strawberries in the blender and puree until creamy.
  3. Add the yogurt and blend.
  4. Place the sticks in the ice pop mold and fill the molds with the strawberry yogurt cream.
  5. Freeze the ice pops and remove them from the mold when ready. They can be stored in the freezer in their container or covered in plastic wrap.

I made these for the little ones the other day when it was about 90 degrees outside. It was a delicious treat filled with that great strawberry taste. It cooled them down after playing all day and is a great option for any hot day. Will be preparing these again when it get too hot. Another great 4 star recipe.
