Ingredients

500 grams strawberries (cored)
500 grams tomatoes (cored)
50 grams red bell pepper (seeded)
1 clove garlic (peeled)
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
50 milliliters olive oil

Directions

1Add the strawberries, tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, vinegar, and oil to a blender. Puree until smooth. Puree in batches, if needed.
2Season and add more vinegar or oil to taste.
3Strain the gazpacho to obtain a smoother texture.
4Refrigerate, serve cold and garnish with strawberry slices.
