    It turned out really pretty. I think more gelatin would have been good or a smaller pan as it didn’t fill it up well. It was the first cake like this I’ve had and personally I wasn’t a fan of a slurpy top with a sugar cookie bottom. I think chopping the strawberries throughout may have been less pretty, but a better texture. Was great with sprinkles.

    Tastes yummy, however following the recipe, it should have gone in to an 8” spring form pan, instead of a 10”. Only filled 10” about 1/2 way, some strawberry tips were showing.
